        My visit to the vets was made easy by friendly, well trained, efficient staff. My pet was handled gently.iIm a wheelchair user and was treated with respect and care. Thank you Braids.

        Great vets, always so patient with my cat and they have good availability for appointments. Love the healthcare plan as its a great way to pay monthly for boosters and flea treatments.

        It is so sad that this vet practice (Braid Vets, Mayfield Road) appear to prioritise financial gain over anything else. They charged us 29.96 for 5ml of Loxicom, which is around double the cost at other vets. It is available for 7.76 including VAT online - probably even less when bought in bulk. To make such large profit out of the pain of animals just seems tragic, and quite shameful.

        The staff are patient and kind. I have no trouble getting my dog to enterthe Vets. We have quite frequent appointments, due to an ongolng skin problem but he seems to enjoy his visits!!
