        Having been with this practice with my dog since 2017 as a puppy, I am sad to say that this practice has really 'gone down hill' recently. Some vets have left/moved on. Extremely poor customer service. Experienced other pet owners complaining about different issues when i was in waiting for my dog and reception staff didn't seem to really care. Was left with no other option but to change practice
