My worst experience with a car rental company. We had a flat tire one Sunday afternoon and the roadside assistance service did not help us because they did not have the tire we needed. The McNicoll company did not answer the phone either. Any other car rental company has people who can help you 7 days a week. In addition, the all-risk insurance of this company does not cover almost anything. So if you have any minimal problem with the car you will have to pay for the repair. We punctured a plea for which we have been charged 185pounds (220). It seems like an exaggerated price for a tire. In any other company, all risk insurance would have taken care of the payment. The roads in Scotland are very bad, so in the face of any unforeseen event you will have to pay.
