        A place to avoid. I phoned to check on a car advertised on AutoTrader. It says "Service History" but only one stamp for a 66 plate car. A clear gimmick to mislead buyers. The man behind the phone got annoyed when I asked how he got the car. His reply was "it is our business not yours". Glad it ended up in a phone call without getting into more trouble with them.

        Bought a very low mileage car from MacKinnon Motors, without seeing as live 479 miles away. Very helpful owner and Salesman, Ryan. Sent Video of car. Car delivered on transporter, as agreed. New MOT provided on car.

        Avoid.... viewed a Volvo. Traveled over 100 miles. Was told the cambelt and water pump had just been done. On inspection of the car it was clear the cambelt was old and not done. When I asked the gentleman about the cambelt he became very offended and annoyed. And very hostile, complete waste of my time. Be careful when buying a car of these people.

        Were there to view a second hand car which we did buy, it is mainly a service garage it is accessed down a narrow lane gentleman that dealt with us was nice, he may have been owner.
