We bought a fiat punto from these guys in January never again we paid 3500 should have failed mot after we got a check done we asked for money back which they refused despite it being only few days after buying car they then falsely accused us of being racist when we said we had right for refund

jerry and his sons.. e11 export motors.. they scam people for money with promises and fake deals. they have been owing a lot of people money and now done a runner...he is hiding.. no contact, phone has been cut out and his online website is no longer available..

If anybody is there at E11 could they respond to my emails about a parking ticket your driver received, after he had purchased my car. The debt collection company have all the details of you purchasing the car, but you don't seem to want to respond.

My girlfriend bought a 1 Series from E11 and left a C1 for resale under commission but it took the Sheriff Court to get them to honour the agreement. The 1 Series had sensor problems, a few were fixed under the warranty but reoccurred and the service record for the car was never delivered as promised. The C1 was not transferred to the dealership and it was left in the street resulting in my girlfriend being fined for the tax expiring, the excuse given was they "lost the keys". The clutch was then 'replaced' without authorisation or explanation and the gearbox removed, Jerry claimed it was non longer economical to reassemble. They agreed on 300 in final settlement. 300 was not forthcoming and E11 were referred to the Sheriff Court where the week before the hearing they tried to settle without expenses. It was rejected and the day before the hearing full payment was finally made.

Terrible company to deal with. Bought a car and had it delivered, delivered with a poorly fixed chip on windscreen, no oil and front bumper barely clipped on. They took car back to fix which was away for 1 month, on the day it was meant to be delivered i waited all day for a no-show, contacting them a day later and they said the car had an electrical fault which took a further 2 days to fix and finally when car was redelivered with boot full of water and horrible smell of dampness. Car is now letting rain in from multiple places which now will take money out of my pocket.
