He re-upholstered our armchair a few years back with material we provided... We were worried there wouldn't be enough fabric but he worked magic and recovered the chair magnificently! It still looks great today! We needed a new sofa, but loved our old one... James said the springs and frame were fine, helped us choose the right fabric, took away the sofa and in a few short days returned our beloved sofa beautifully re-upholstered! James is not greedy. He doesn't suggest work needs doing when it doesn't. He is a true craftsman and takes the greatest care. It's worth getting his card!

A very small shop unit but stacks of material in every available space. Operates on at least two floors so don't be put off by small shop. I needed the seat of an office chair recovered. As colour match wasn't vital staff disappeared into the lower ground floor and came back with an offcut of quality cloth - a good colour match and overall a very acceptable price. When would it be ready? How about 5 o'clock this afternoon - it was already 3 o'clock! It was ready on time and the quality was excellent. It wasn't difficult - even easy - to part with my cash. Ok it was only a short visit and a small job but they deserved their five stars.
