Booked a security guard top course, then when all booked up they put me on wrong course, did first aid and they told me it was door supervisor top up training Got refund

Hello. It was really a bad Experience for me to get registered myself in this institution. The trainer was really good. He teach all of us in a very good way. I learnt a lot from him. I spent a whole week on it prepared myself in a best way even my trainer TOM POWER in Edinburgh also appreciated me on my hard working and focus. I did all my mock test with 80 percent plus result. But at the day of test. there was anther Invigilator came with his Girlfriend . I was sat on the second desk in front of him. Firstly he Behaved with all of us in a very bad way. then he used abuse language on 2 Students and shout on them loudly . I lost my all of focus . and scared as well. His girlfriend was sitting in one chair and used Nail polish on her nails like she was at beauty polar not in exam center. and just distracted all of us. one of the Friend of invigilator Brought his 4 year daughter with him. She was a little child that distracted all of us again and again by speak her father or by laughing on watching video on her ipad. Honestly we don't have issue with her but It was exam center and our future rely on it. Honestly, Very bad management on exam day. Even though, I tried my best and believed to clear my exams. But unfortunately my last section was unsuccessful and also asked to customer service that just show me my last section result even he denied about it. Because I want to know that how much answers as wrong in last section. Then I asked to customer service about resit. First he told that seat available on 23 April. When I asked him to done my booking then he gave me Contract number for booking. And then on call, another person told me that there were no s eat available for April. then why previous person told me about the availability of seat. as a last resort I had to booked for 7th May date. I just say that all my time, my struggle my money were gone due to their worse management.
