Trades Training School

Massive thanks to Trades Training School in Edinburgh. Ant, Immy and Matt in tiling and James and Marc in plastering for their specialist tuition and guidance during my 2 weeks plastering in Feb 23 and 2 weeks tiling in April 23. I improved and learnt from day 1 and only got better. As an ex service man I'd highly recommend Trades Training School to anyone considering leaving the services or to anyone considering a career change.

Amazing 2 weeks on the plumbing course tutors so knowledgeable and so easy to get on with a very happy atmosphere to train in loved every minute of it wished I had done it years ago

An excellent supporter of the Armed forces community, I have just completed the 6 week Bathroom Installation Course via the ELCAS process, this has given me the confidence and knowledge required to start refitting of a bathroom for a client. This course involves 3 elements Plastering-Plumbing-Tiling, all teaching staff have a in-depth knowledge of their area of expertise and go far beyond just delivering the course, the trade tips alone are worth attending. Anthony the owner an Ex RM fully understands the needs of a Service Person as they transit into the civilian work space and provides ongoing support after the course has been completed. If you are a hands on person and are interested in this area I highly recommend you talk to Trade Training School Edinburgh.

I first went here for a weeks tiling course in 2012 or there abouts. I was already working in the construction industry as a decorator and had some knowledge of tiling already, so the week at the school really filled in some gaps for me. When the instructor realised I had some knowledge, he moved me more into 2nd week work so I could learn some stuff I hadn't done yet. I went self employed not long after, and this enabled me to be confident in taking on tiling work as well as still doing my decorating work. Gave me more scope. I have just been back 6 months ago and done my plumbing diploma which I thoroughly enjoyed, and have already transitioned into doing plumbing work for private customers. I would highly recommend the school if you are ready to get your hands dirty and willing to listen, then you will come out with good knowledge of whatever you decide to go for. Don't think... just do it
