The service is generation Z, it is evident from their behavior - very unprofessional behavior. Not nice and unpleasant - do not recommend

We were told its not possible to get any drinks because theyre understaffed - there are 3 people working behind the bar and the place is almost empty (4 tables occupied) its an absurd.

The theatrics and theming of the cocktails are fantastic, the instruction sheets and DIY element adds to a great experience. You book for 1.5 hours but there was only one waitress and a few bar staff meaning each table only got to have one cocktail each, we managed to squeeze in two because we were the first seated. A bit more enthusiasm and atmosphere would make this place x10s better.
