We ordered food at 6.20pm and were told we would receive our order at 7.05pm. At 7.25pm we tried to phone to see what had happened to our order. The line was constantly engaged until about 8.20pm at which point the line just rang out on multiple ocaasions. As it was impossible to make contact on the phone, my wife drove to the restaurant at 8.40pm to be told (eventually - the lady kept her waiting for 15 mins whilst serving tables) the computer hadn't processed the order. The restaurant and takeaway is clearly drastically understaffed. If they are not willing to staff the place properly then it's a risk we will not be willing to take again with coming back here. Shame because the food was good previously.

Wish I had discovered this restaurant a long time ago as it was genuinely the best Thai meal I have had in Edinburgh. Ordered seabass, duck and prawns all dishes were flawless. Authentic flavours clearly cooked by people who grew up in Thailand. Owner and staff are really kind and attentive, will definitely be visiting many more times.

Honestly, its bloody amazing. Im not a lover of Thai food however I decided to try it on a whim and after hearing about it from a friend. Not disappointed at all! The food is amazing and the service is friendly and personable. The staff are so friendly. The price isn't bad either. If you are in the area or want an amazing Thai experience I definitely recommend Thai loas.
