Useless. You phone to make a booking and give them your details. When you actually come they can't find your name/booking. Just use a simple diary to record bookings, why is it soo hard??

Booked my massage 1 week before for massage and told what's my number and name how much for and to just come to the time given or offered came 1 weeks later from another city and they said no one booked for you The person that did maybe forgotten and is on holiday. (That's not very nice and even if your asking for a name and number from someone ) Thats very sad there are people like myself who need to travel from another city would like it if they could take it more seriously than just offer them next day or two days when someone is only in the Edinburgh for a day Too get massage it seem like is impossible That was not a good move , please if you take someone's details , do send them a confirmation email or text before they come and waste there time to an appointment that's not gonna be taken
