Awful service no help. You cannot charge someone for a service they have actually not received.

The basic comprehension of a simple matter of adding another phone onto an existing contract was turned into a diabolical mess. Now one phone forwarding to the other and the original number has been cut. Come on folks surely this is simple, 5 phone calls later and its a pigs ear. We cant do banking, cant give our numbers out. It is now 7 days and the technicians and call centre operators couldnt organise a booze up in a distillery
