        Absolutely horrid company to work with. My wife and I purchased virtual SIMs from this company for our trip to Europe. 1 worked, 1 did not. When I contacted them for help, the response I got (in writing) was: "as we are only resellers of the product, please contact Orange France customer for technical issues.." When I contacted Orange France, they said they didn't support eSIMs and they referred me back to UK Telecom. Do not do business with this company. They couldn't care less about the fact my SIM didn't work and they refuse to provide me with a refund.

        A thumbs Up for the team, who keeps on picking up my calls and keeps on adressing me every detailed insight for my payment terminal. It has been 6 month i have been on board with them as a customer to their payment terminal and i appreciate them. 4 stars for all other things but will give 5 star for customer care and support.
