I paid off my contract to upgrade .decided what new phone I wanted was told the contract would be e mailed to me and I suddenly realised they wouldn't be able to send it to me as my old phone that my e mail stopped working and had went back to a previous e mail .I had to go back in to tell them the e mail that was on my phone the guy changed it to the e mail on my phone .I came home waited to get contract sent to me .it wasn't sent to me I contacted 4455 at tesco to be told that the contract was signed and my phone was on its way to .I have not signed a contract and I am waiting to see if the phone arrives .I couldn't sign a contract when I was in the store ordering the phone .what a bloody carry on ???
