Had a really poor experience in this store at approximately 8pm. I asked to speak to a manager about a bottle of raspberry liquor I had purchased in the tesco store at the holy Cross on Wednesday afternoon. I told him I had bought this alcohol and the security tag had been left on and I was doing him and your company a favour by bringing the item back to allow the tag to go back to its rightful owner. The young man was abrupt and said do you have a receipt and I said no and that his store did not sell this anyway. He then said the next time make sure you bring your receipt!
