I then made a formal complain to Sainsburys about this incident. To do this, I had to write a letter and mail it to the Area Manager of that store. After doing so, no-one replied to my letter.
I live in the Haymarket area, I used to shop in Sainsburys on most days. I now refuse to shop in ANY Sainburys because
1) Their staff treat paying customers like dirt.
2) They ignore complaints about their staffs awful customer service.
I now shop at Tescos and the Co-Op instead - I suggest you do the same.
