Fantastic company - provided an excellent service. I used Castle Removals to help move my daughter out of her student flat today. Had great communication from enquiring all the way to when guys turned up. They were polite, very fast workers and took the stress out of moving a mass of IKEA bags ! Definitely use them again, its a long time since Ive come across such great customer service.

We used Castle last week. They were outstanding. Why? They turned up on time to do the survey prior to our move. They were super friendly and efficient. Unlike other companies they knew how many boxes wed need by properly surveying the house and garage. They know what theyre doing! They supplied the boxes. On the move day they turned up on time - Ryan, Alan and the rest of the team worked incredibly hard and efficiently to load our house onto the vans. Taking great care of everything along the way. They unloaded at our new house and put everything where we wanted it in super quick time. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Finally Castle were super competitive price wise. So why pay more elsewhere? Wed definitely recommend them you will not be disappointed. Thanks, Angus

Removal driver in a castles removal van, swearing and shouting at a cyclist. They then parked up their van, to run down the middle of gorgie road (in front of other moving vehicles) and continue to verbally abuse the cyclist. Highly unprofessional, dangerous and aggressive behaviour.

I cannot recommend Castle Removals highly enough. They gave me a really reasonable quote, communicated well through the whole process and on the day, executed my move flawlessly. The guys turned up early, and within a couple of hours, job done. The crew were really nice, very polite and took real care of my belongings. 5 star service!
