I ordered the wrong diary by mistake, a quick call to the shop and the order was cancelled and money refunded. Excellent customer service. Allowed me to quickly order the correct diary I was looking for. Will be returning to BusyB again! Beautiful stationery, can't wait to see what new items arrive
