Graeme is very knowledgeable about what bits of our body work how. His massage is deep and focused. Sure it usually hurts but he puts me back in working order each time.

Graeme is great! I did a number on my back leg-wrestling last year and since then I've had a lot of discomfort and tightness and Graeme has helped loosen it up. He seems really knowledgeable and I appreciate how he explained some of the mechanics of what's actually going on with my muscles, what he was doing with the deep tissue massage and what I can expect to happen afterwards. He also is not pushy at all for me to book in for another session and even though I did he told me to see how I'm feeling before I actually commit. Current way to get a session is that you call or email Graeme to book a session and then just go into the Glenogle Swim centre via the front or back entrance and meet him at reception.
