I was absolutely delighted with Mio. To say I was in agony is understating my back pain. After an hour I could stand up straight. After a day I felt my back ease completely. Mio sent me some exercises for lower back pain. The difference from a few days ago is astounding. I would highly recommend this therapist.

The staff are highly trained a sensitive to a range of needs. Raminta has done amazing work on my legs and hip, making more progress than I thought possible!

All my family have had the benefit of Barbara Duncans expert hands and infinite knowledge and I personally have been a regular client of hers for 6 years. I would recommend her to anyone seeking help/advice for a vast range of ailments and injuries. My first visit was after sustaining a sore back while playing golf and since then she has treated me for numerous calf, hamstring, knee injuries and lots more, most of which have been a result of me running 4 times a week. She has also treated several members of my family and aided my sons recovery from a knee problem enabling him to run the Edinburgh Marathon last year Whether I am injury free or not, I visit Barbara every 4 weeks for a maintenance massage confident in the knowledge that she is stretching and manipulating my muscles thus keeping me in the best possible shape! Angela is an amazing therapist and has been such a huge help. She really knows her stuff and has fixed me several times! She was an absolute godsend when I was training for Tough Mudder. I know that the other therapists at Meadowbank Clinic are great too. Can't recommend highly enough!
