Came across Colin totally by chance via a facebook advert, and can happily say I never regretted it for a second. Has a wealth of experience and a no-nonsense approach which helped me go from a beginner runner with constant knee issues to setting some surprising PBs as a competitive duathlete. He has completely changed my mindset in terms of what sort of training is required to get massive gains in fitness. Can absolutely 100% recommend him to anyone looking to gain fitness or get over any recurring injuries, you will not be disappointed.

I came across Colin through a facebook ad which said he could help people who were struggling to run through pain or injury etc. I had struggled for years with calf problems and having spent a small fortune on physios etc all to no avail I was about to call it a day on running as I was so frustrated and couldnt see a way forward. Colin gave me some lower body strengthening exercises, told me what to do and what not to do while out running and using his programme I went from a guy struggling to run more than 200K in a year to someone who ran over 700k last year. This included 100k in August when I was running almost every day and which led to my setting a 5k PB in a sprint triathlon in September. Being me I overdid it and as I also swim and cycle as part of my triathlon training I managed to strain my left calf a little at the end of the year. Once again Colin has helped me get back on track and although Im not yet running a freely as I was last summer I know that I will get there and will set more PBs in the months ahead. Rob

I first came across Performance Sports Therapy and Colin Gordon on Facebook and signed up to his emails and got lots of good advice about running, training and staying injury free or recovering from injury. I liked his no-nonsense style, and when I got the opportunity to join one of his coaching groups, I did. The training programmes and weekly Zoom calls keep me motivated and encouraged. Colin has a great sense of humour and has boosted my confidence and self belief. Its good to be able to ask lots of questions and learn from Colins and other peoples experience. Although Ive not met Colin in person, hes a big influence in my life. Id be lost without him.

I have used Colin's services for a few years now whenever I pick up an injury running. His knowledge is extensive and the exercises are easy to do at home. Colin is a great guy as well so despite trying to get over an injury, its always good to catch up with him! I would thoroughly recommend him and his services.
