Update! We informed our bank about the cheat, so they will charge back our money.
I have contacted Mr. Parker numerous. The only advise he gave us is the hint, that we should contact the booking side.

It is about a 20min drive to city centre but for the price and comfort, can't expect to be central! Will definitely be staying here again!
