Couldn't be more appalled by the service from this company. I was sold an alarm with an app with no mention of ongoing annual costs, first I knew of the subscription was when an invoice arrived, the installer drilled right through my newly installed roof and, now the app isn't working properly they're refusing to help me without additional charge!
