RG Fire and Security give you a very poor product and even worse service. Installation was fine but afterwards the signal kept disconnecting resulting in the alarm going off at unwanted times. Regular phone calls from me to them never resulted in them tackling the root of the problem and all they would offer was a reset. Finally I lost connection to their app all together and when I phoned to question why this was they told me to stop talking! They simply weren't interested in listening to what one of their customers had to say about their system or engage with the problem. Instead they chose to be dismissive, rude and arrogant. So if you want a security company that doesn't actually give you security and if you want to do business with a company that doesn't value you and won't listen to what you have to say then RG Fire and Security are the team for you.
