This is the first time I have used them. I was a little apprehensive with my order after being unable to track the location of the order with their free Royal Mail Track 24 service. After sending an email I was assured the delivery would arrive within 2 days of dispatch and was specially packaged including using wool to preserve freshness. Delivery arrived on the second day and was very satisfied with the Harris and Lewis smoked salmon I had ordered which guests also enjoyed. For 30-40 for almost a kilo including delivery this represents excellent value for money. Perhaps because this is wholesale. Will order again.
