        Without a doubt my favourite restaurant. It says something about a restaurant that even when the head chef isn't working there's absolutely no drop off in the quality of the food. Absolutely incredible every time I've been there. Do yourself a favour and go and try it for yourself. The tasting menu is a fantastic way to try some of what seems like pretty much everything.
