        Scheduling system is broken since the start of the pandemic. Nobody answers the phone most of the days. I have not seen my orthodontist for 2 month and when I finally spoke to someone, I was told that it's normal and they are behind the schedule. 1 month later I managed to get through again and was told that it is not normal, that there was a mistake and I should get an appointment as soon as possible. They at least apologized at that point. Before the pandemic, all booking was automated. Now it just does not work.

        Does no one answer the phone in this place?!?! I have tried numerous times and at various periods during the day and nobody ever answers the phone!! I have been waiting over 8 months for an initial appointment and havent even managed to speak to a receptionist so not holding out much hope for a treatment package!
