Stood at the shop for about 2 min without getting acknowledged, I even got stared at. Nothing said, like I'll be with you 2 min etc... I left. I only wanted a coffee. I guess they don't care , since it's a tourist location and they still make money. I've lived in Edinburgh for 22 years now and the costumer service in general has gotten real bad.
