Robinson Medical Recruitment

I was recommended Robinsons recruitment from a colleague of mine and it was the first agency I have applied for. Website states that they require 6 months, had a discussion with derek from recruitment for some feedback and advice as have previously worked in varies wards, acute, forensics, child and adolescent, Old age and substance misuse however found him to come across quite argumentative stating I that I did not have enough experience and I did not feel at ease talking to him as I felt the conversation was quite confrontational. I will not be recommending the company or applying for them for future. Unprofessional and sort of ruined my day. Just to clarify that you may need to update your website as i was informed from your company you required one years experience! Again the reply below states 6 months. Instead of stating that, a polite email requesting to re apply in may once I have 6 months. I will never apply For this company now. Unprofessional responses from derek already.

Would not recommend, as soon as you raise an issue about your working environment so called "nurse manager" will turn on you, victim blaming and being generally nasty and sarcastic. Best thing I did was getting away from this agency! It's all well and good when you're filling the shifts and making them money, but no support when you really need it!

Thought this was one of the best agencies to work for until we had a disagreement about a shift. After that I found the managing director to be abrupt and hostile and officee staff not replying to any of emails or phone calls.

Hi,worked for company just over a year no issues with getting shifts when I want to work ,Denise and Laxmi are brilliant coordinators always pleasant on phone and are great communicators. Finance team always respond to queries quickly efficiently.
