I was approached by Cross Resourcing to interview for my new job (which I love) and from the word go they were excellent. They communicated with me every step of the way. If something went wrong with my payments (which it only did twice - both times my fault) they fixed it in a matter of hours. If I had a question, I emailed and they answered. I dealt mainly with Susan and, once or twice, Jason, and I can't fault either of them. They were friendly, efficient, answered any and every question I had and basically made the whole temping process a breeze. I can't recommend this agency highly enough.
