This was by far our best dining experience during our visit to Edinburgh. The soups, the mains, and the dessert were all made to perfection. The management was very attentive to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We ate at the bar, and the bartender (I wish I had gotten his name) spent considerable time curating a flight of five different scotches to my taste, and explaining each one. I would recommend this place unequivocally to anyone and everyone.

Last week, I had a dinner at The Broughton. The food was tasty and the dessert was delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant was good, however I was a bit unlucky with a table next to the toilet doors. Also the music was a bit too loud, which made conversation with my company a bit difficult.
