I have felt enormous healing benefits from Heathers treatments and from the Reiki 1 training itself and I would highly recommend Heathers work. I have been to see Heather for Reiki treatment and have subsequently participated in her Reiki 1 training course where she teaches how to use universal energy on yourself and others in order to heal emotional, physical and energetic imbalances. What I really enjoy about Heathers approach is that she draws from a wealth of experience in various complementary therapies which I feel really enrich her Reiki practice and her training course. The training course is supplemented with an informative manual as well as recorded meditations which you can keep forever. Heather teaches to a high standard and I am grateful to her for all her hard work.

I have just completed the comprehensive Reiki II weekend course with Heather and thank her with all my heart. She exudes warmth and compassion and makes learning a pleasure in a relaxed and open atmosphere. The course material is well researched and thorough and really opens up the endless possibilities of Reiki. I truly felt blessed during the attunement. Aware and awake. Reiki has led to a deeper understanding of myself and given me the courage to make the necessary changes in my life, both spiritual and practical. Heather has helped me profoundly over the years with depression and anxiety. Her expertise in many holistic therapies and sensitive, empathic nature allow the healing process to begin and life is no longer the struggle that it once was.
