I am lucky to have found a lovely flat leased by BruceRae. Justine has been so helpful with the application process. Also Laura responds to requests promptly. They do the best they can to fix any issues, very professional. I recommend BruceRae.

I have such a great experience would brucerae and would 100% recommend them. They are very responsive over both phone and email and was able to get a viewing and a flat sorted in no time. Out of all the letting companies i would definitely choose this one.

We rented with Bruce Rae for about nine months during 2020. They were always extremely easy to work with, and never quibbled over minor repairs. Communication with them was always quick and easy. When we moved out, we got our deposit back (minus a perfectly fair deal deduction for damage which we absolutely were liable for. Absolutely the best landlords I have had.

We rented through BruceRae for 5 years and, like so many other reviews here, I simply can't recommend them highly enough! Communication and the resolution of any problems/queries was excellent throughout our stay and our deposit was returned promptly when we left. Our thanks to Elspeth, Laura and the rest of the team for their kindness and professionalism.
