Touchstone have been more than helpful from the start of my application to my moving to the property, even helping with directions due to a new build location. I've only had a minor issue with the boiler and a plumber was quickly arranged. Special shoutout to Ivana for answering and advising any queries/questions that I had and overall great customer service, thank you.

The property was a mess when I moved in with no heating and the shower electrics crackling. On moving out they took photos of things with no comparison to the original move on photos and charged me MY WHOLE deposit in fees. I would stay away from their properties it's a money grabbing scheme!! Be warned

Been left unable to wash due to a plumbing issues for several days, on each of the several times I have phoned the office (when I was lucky enough to even have my call answered) it was apparent that nobody knew what was going on. Ive been told to wait in each day, only for nobody to show up to resolve the issue. Only interested in receiving money and not in maintaining their properties. Avoid!!
