Fior Asset & Property

We were living with an an unresponsive and unhelpful landlord. Recently this landlord decided to handover his management to Fior Asset and Property and we're so thankful he did!! Pedrom and team have been wonderful. They have managed to negotiate and unpick the mess that the building was in and we now have an approachable, helpful and very responsive person to go to. I have some experience of property management companies and Fior Asset is far and away the best I have come across: pro-active in communication, highly reactive when issues arise, cost-conscious and pleasant to deal with. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

In 2021 my development changed factors and started using the services of Fior Asset and Property. As someone who owns and lives in a flat, the change was dramatic. Instead of waiting weeks for responses, or being told it was someone else's problem - Fior (and Pedrom Aghabala in particular) began tackling things head on for me and others in the block. They are very responsive, reactive and they not only give you the impression they care - I think they really do. The building has been maintained to a particularly high standard, they have found us savings in our buildings insurance where possible and they leave us residents with a feeling that "it is all being taken care of." Can't recommend them highly enough.
