        After a promising email, Dayna offered me an appointment as a host to visit my property and talk but never showed up, she then asked me for a second, but... never came again! I won't ask for a third and after all this time lost, look for another agency, I had missed my work twice for nothing.

        Dayna works hard to ensure both guests and clients feel looked after. I haven't had many issues during my years of being a client but when I have Elite have worked quickly to investigate and resolve the matter in an understanding and effective way.

        Was a great location and nicely presented. The free view in the TV didn't work though.. looks like the subscriptions had expired. Also... the free minibar....well....it was empty.

        Dayna and the team are excellent and I would wholeheartedly recommend their services. I was new to letting on AirBnb and they helped with every step of the process through setup and then onto daily management. They are always responsive and take huge pride in ensuring best possible guest experience, which for me has meant great reviews and strong bookings. I am very happy to have gone with Elite.
