        Unprofessional company the idea to have a lock up box with access to all other client keys is a disaster waiting to happen and it did for us ! Company does not pick up the phone outside office hours staff very junior and only offer an email address for us to complain.

        The flat we stayed in was perfect for the 3 nights we stayed in Edinburgh! It was centrally located right off the Royle Mile close to all the sights and pubs! The flat was clean and spacious and we had a great trip!

        It was a pleasant experience staying at the ALTIDO property. The ALTIDO management team was very responsive and proactive, making sure that we had a smooth arrival. It was as described, 5-mins walk to the Haymarket Station, super convenient! Also, it was a short walk to all the attractions. We enjoyed the walk from the property to the Loyal Mile. The property is very spacious, clean, and beautiful! The beds are comfortable. I highly recommend this place to others!

        Booked this place for a get away, but when the hot tub needed replacement the owner let us know and offered a discount or full refund! Was very thankful for the great communication and transparency.
