Not usually one for writing reviews, but I'm genuinely completely bewildered by how poor this company's service has been. Took a year to get a door entry system fixed, which if I hadn't been constantly chasing probably still wouldn't be fixed. A task as basic as arranging to paint a front door seems beyond their capabilities - over 4 months after being asked to pay up front for it, and despite chasing constantly, they don't seem to think there is anything unusual about the fact that they still aren't able to say when it is likely to be done or why that is the case, their answer being "I am unsure what the delays have been". Zero communication other than asking for money and occasional vague responses to emails after numerous chasers, had various different so called "property managers" over the last 4 years, who all seem to leave for some reason. All round appalling level of service.

One star only because you can't give 0. If the property you intend to buy is managed by these cowboys then I cannot suggest more you runaway. If the property you currently own is managed by them, then you have my condolences.
