        Cheap, greedy company. Ruined our block of flats by chucking in a family with dogs and cats, loud banging. Thanks guys, causing me and my wife an absolute nightmare life.

        My wife and I were completely ignored when we went in, then when we asked for assistance, we got told "look at our website" and then silence and ignored again. Extremely rude.

        Unfortunately I have to write this review about Direct Lettings and the complete unprofessional way that they have managed Bankpark Grange which is an exclusive development in Tranent of 11 houses. Since they have managed these properties it has become run down and a place that has become renown for anti-social behaviour. Put known criminals and liars and police are in constant attendance. We have reported several issues to both Laura Weir and Jackie and they just bury their heads in the sand. They are happy to take the money but not actively manage the problems when they arise. As a landlord I would not touch this outfit with a barge pole.
