My partner and I have been with Dunpark for several years, only finishing our tenancy as we moved abroad. I have nothing but good things to say about this company! They gave us the best service by far out of any other letting agent I've ever come into contact with. Chris was a wonderful property manager and helped us out so much over the years! Dunpark is reasonable, helpful and very very good at communicating. I strongly recommend a tenancy with them!

Brilliant and efficient service! We recently ran into a problem with our HMO Licence which could have been a disaster as we rent out our flat. Dunpark took it on, did all the necessary preparation work and represented us at the HMO hearing - as a result everything was fine - phew! They are very good and diligent managing agents and I can highly recommend them!

I first started using Dunpark during lockdown. As a landlord based in London it's important to have a proactive letting agent. Generally Dunpark are just that and the few issues I have had are being addressed.
