        DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AS YOUR FACTOR. They take a factor admin fee every quarter for doing nothing, and have taken years to get quotes for simple jobs. They sit back, arrange home insurance every year while happily taking our money. Joke of a company.

        Absolutely horrendous service. Questionable buildings insurance cover and commission setup. I cannot believe the depths of incompetence and lack of care or diligence Charles White provide as a factor, and this is they only thing they do provide, you can forget building service. I have been trying to clarify an insurance issue for 11 months. Ridiculous staff turn over: 4 building managers in less than a year, each one less effective than the last. Avoid, avoid, avoid. P.S. response to the reply from CW . No nothing is resolved, the promises came and went, I have now begun legal proceedings. Truly awful.
