The team at Property First have been extremely helpful and responsive, making sure the entire experience has been a pleasure. As I was unfamiliar with the renting processes in Scotland, the team were very accommodating and helped to guide me through. Having moved in six months ago, the high level of service has continued, with queries and maintenance needs responded to promptly and I would strongly recommend PFE!

I have been renting with Property First for almost a year now and I can say with confidence that they have been excellent. Claire has been incredibly prompt and responsive in addressing any issues or concerns that have arisen during my tenancy and ensuring that everything is resolved. Overall, I highly recommend this letting agency.

Excellent service, really nice agents (something rare to find in Edinburgh in this crazy market). Claire, the agent, has been very responsive, super helpful, and made the whole process of renting a flat completely painless. Highly recommend Property First!

Claire and the team at Property First have been unbelievably helpful in getting me set up with my first rental property. They have gone above and beyond to help with all queries and I am sure they will be excellent at managing my flat and making sure things go smoothly for the new tenants. I would have no hesitation in recommending them!
