This company was founded 20 years ago based on service, and Im afraid that Google seems to attract serial complainers, tenants who confuse the duty of the letting agent with that of the factor and owners who fail in their own duty of care for their property and look for a scapegoat. These people can seriously damage a company, particularly one that does not seek GREAT Google revues just to build the business. Point in case is tenants who claim they were left with no water for a week, this has nothing to do with a Factor, it is an internal issue and outwith the remit of a Factor, further to this Myreside help owners with insurance claims when many factors do not, they are then dependant upon owner co-operation for access and in one case here, the residents were most difficult. There are also reviews here from people who are unknown to Myreside, which is very dubious. If anyone has a complaint they should contact the Factor, and allow them the time to deal with the issue, Posting fake and/or damaging reviews on social media is not helpful and solves nothing.

I had a water leak and the service was excellent got to the source of problem quickly then painted the bathroom damage when sorted thanks to Douglas and his boss also the lads very polite and made a good job .

Myreside were very active when a recent leak caused issues at the property. They have also been pro active for parking issues and communication has been positive in comparison to previous factors.
