Watt Property are a fantastic agency in Edinburgh. We have been with them for several years and they have always been incredibly helpful, supportive, quick to sort any issues and very flexible around us as tenants. There is definitely a family-feel to the agency and we have gotten to know most of the team over the years. They have all be equally friendly, professional and as always helpful. Bethany has be brilliant to work with, she is so quick to respond to emails and has a lovely manner. Pauline and Laura have also been great. They really do have a wonderful team, and we feel very lucky to have come across them. When we first signed our contract they went through every aspect of it slowly and clearly with us and we really appreciated it. They also care about the property they rent, so I had no hesitation recommending to my family when they were looking for an agency to rent their property with. I could not recommend this agency more highly! Our property manager Bethany helped us find this flat and we will be forever grateful!

My wife and I moved to Edinburgh in September, during the rental crisis. We loved a house shown to us by Watt property. Their process was seamless, transparent and very efficient. We moved into our rented home, notified the team of certain maintenance issues that required attention. These issues were sorted out promptly. Thank you Laura, Pauline and Bethany. We'd recommend Watt property in a heartbeat.

I've been renting for 6 years with many different rental agencies and Watt property is the most outstanding so far. Not a single agency went through the tenancy contract with us meticulously, until Watt property. Other agencies merely give tenants a document expecting us to understand everything on our own and sign ourselves away. Bethany has been very professional, accommodating and patient and we're fortunate to have her!

I have had Watt Property fully manage my 3 flats in Edinburgh for nearly 4 years now and I could not be more happy with the service they provide. Always quick, friendly, helpful and efficient with email/telephone communication, very thorough with their property marketing and tenant vetting/checks. They always seem to find the perfect tenants who end up staying in the flats for a long time and who treat the properties very well, not to mention a very fair but competitive pricing structure both with regards to the current rental market and commission for the full management service. Special mention to both Pauline and Bethany, they both always go the extra mile and keep me fully informed of any developments with regards to my properties. Would never hesitate to recommend Watt property to anyone, they are a great, knowledgeable team who really strive to offer the best service possible.
