        The Aberdeen branch is one of the worst things I've ever dealt with. They also are in breach of GDPR by posting identifiable information about their tenants/customers on this review page, leaving to post from a burner account. Please do not go with these guys, awful, awful service.

        Awful Service....my building of over 60 flats has been left without heating and no hot water for nearly a week, they do not care about anything and are doing hardly anything to get it fixed. Also, this company only care about over-charging residents and I would not recommend them to anyone.

        Just move in a 2 bedroom apartment with my girlfriend 3 weeks ago. The staff whas pretty nice with us , and we found the apartment in good cleaning condition. Once we switch on the boiler , the very first day we move in , this start to leaking, and once we call the agency , they send a guy in less than 2 hours to fix it. The experience till now is positive .
