I used zizibreezi to air bnb my property whilst I was working overseas and could not recommend highly enough. I had shopped around and contacted multiple potential companies but found their insights, transparency and advice were far better then anyone else local. Not had a single issue to date and the occupancy rate even during a challenging year has surpassed expectation. The co host was brilliant Ive rarely even logged in to my account as they have managed all the queries better than I could myself. I was back in my property for a short time when I returned to Uk and can see why it had such amazing reviews, it was spotless and I was happy to see everything was in the condition I had left it! Brilliant service all around and took all the stress away from what has been a tough year!

I used zizibreezi when living in the US and renting my apartment in Edinburgh out on Airbnb. It was incredibly easy from start to finish. Really professional service, co hosts were always contactable for guests and myself, and they went above and beyond to provide a great experience to all guests staying in my apartment. Restocked essentials, made sure the place looked great and made sure I maintained my superhost status the whole time! I was Airbnb-ing the place during the height of Covid, and the management service and co hosts were fab. I had a really high booking rate, and the cohosts adjusted to all new regulations really easily and kept me and the guests informed the whole time. The best part was there was no extra costs or hassle for me, it was all taken care of even though I was overseas. When I came back and returned to living in my apartment, it was absolutely spotless and nothing was damaged or missing. It was a really smooth process, and the cleaning was done to such a high standard I wanted to hire them for myself! :) In the future I will be returning my place to Airbnb, and without hesitation will go back with zizibreezi as my management service. 5 stars.
