Dunedin Property Management

Everything was going so well until I spoke into the phone with someone called Sharon she was sooooo unbelievably rude!! Im so gutted she started screaming and being so rude and down talking to me when I just asked a question! I asked her to not be rude to be in a very calm manner because I just asked a question and her attitude was terrible !! Words cant explain how shocked I am at her behavior and how unprofessional she is with the way she speaks to clients. I would have recommend but after this experience with Sharon NEVER!!! If you dont have nice manners and dont know how to speak to innocent people dont work in an office where ur dealing with people especially people who are still respecting you after being nice

This agency is horrible. Aziz is a sleezy guy tried to steal our deposit for totally made up reasons but luckily it was covered by scottish deposit scheme. These people will come to your rented property without a notice and use their key, They also ignore maintenance requests for months.If there's a positive feedback under this agency - check the account that has left it!

We rented with Dunedin for over 2 years and had a great experience. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and polite, and any issues we had were always dealt with immediately. Would definitely rent with Dunedin again.

Terrible customer service , took our holding fee along with others so the property was never secured for us like it should have been. Strung along over 3 days for absolutely nothing. Would of given 0 starts if possible. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I would not recommend renting with Dunedin. Having rented with them for 9 months they were unresponsive/ incredibly slow to respond to maintenance and safety issues. Additionally some staff were rude and condescending on the phone on multiple occasions.
