Excellent service. David's fee was worth every penny. Being based overseas I was nervous about using somebody I hadn't met. David took the time to understand my requirements via a detailed virtual meeting and follow up. He is knowledgeable and well connected for peripheral services. In suggesting a few alternative properties to my brief, he helped give a balanced view of the market. By using him I was able to purchase a property significantly under the market value and set things up for a good rental yield and return on investment.

David helped us source a great investment property. He went extra mile in negotiations with the sellers which helped us to secure the property under superb conditions. David was really helpful, answered all my questions, and was always keen to have a chat regarding the property and my requirements. He was also very supportive in pushing the deal as well as during the post-purchase conversations we had with the seller. Now it's been 6 months since buying the property and we couldn't be happier.
