        Alistair couldnt have been more helpful. Amazing service for my OKI which I thought was beyond repair. It had been dropped by removal people. Cant recommend enough.

Alistair McIntosh responded to my initial request very quickly and offered initial advice and then additional pieces of advice which actually guided me to be able to make the necessary quite tricky repairs myself. Fantastic response for which I am truly grateful.

        Great service from Alistair today. Fixed our aged all-in-one HP CM1312nfi fax/scanner/laser printer in less than an hour, so our stock of toner cartridges wasn't wasted. Alistair really knows his stuff and is a nice chap to have in the home office too.
