Newhaven Road Post Office

It's a shame there's not zero stars.. like their zero customer service skills. I went in to top up my key and the man said no no no card only cash. So I asked if they do cash back and only then did he say you can come round to get cash. So I did the top up. Then he said next time no dog (I have a chihuahua) in a pouch... I was like ok. Then he said next time don't have your hood up. Now my hood was up but my whole face could be seen. I wasn't walking around the shop I was standing at the poky wee counter next to front door. Next time??? Don't worry I'd rather sit with no electricity with MY dog and My hood up. Horrible man to be serving the public. ALL the other nearby post offices love my chihuahua and let me wear what I want .there won't be a next time

Rude as hell post master. A broom would have been more accommodating and helpful. Honestly in this day and age you would think someone in a customer facing role would be a tad more cheerful, helpful and polite.

My parcel was over 2kg and I was told to go to post office in junction street. Then I was told why the post office in Newhaven road did not take mine. I was wondering how I could reduce the weight and asked him I can transfer the contents in the plastic bag that they have but he seemed bothered and not helpful at all.
